Kathryn Miller, Lubbock General Manager
Kathryn Miller joined the Betenbough Homes team in 2015 as a sales associate. Today, she serves as general manager in Lubbock and loves that her job is to grow people and encourage them to reach their highest potential. She and her husband, Andy, who also works for the company, have been married since 1995. The two met while working at El Chico’s restaurant in Odessa and it was love at first sight! When they are not decorating or gardening at their Betenbough home in Milwaukee Ridge, the Millers enjoy traveling and spending time with their three children, as well as their grandchildren, Allayna, Channing and Noah.
Kathryn loves living and working in Lubbock, where she says the people genuinely care for each other and intentionally engage with the community. Her favorite local restaurant is Evie Mae’s because she says they have the best BBQ.
When asked about her job, she says she cannot believe that she gets to be part of such an amazing company and feels truly blessed.
